One way to write a great no fiction book s to start with your own life…in third person!
Dont know how to start? heres an isea:

-She walked out the shower and looked at the scars on her body. SHe glanced in the mirror and stares at her own face…repulsed by the reflection she…………….!-

Im a young writer…I had troubles in my life that I took my own life and transformed them into stories. sometimes with my story…i changed it up or added a few things or subtracted things. Or taing a dream from the night before and making a horror story out of it.
