Losing – and Refinding an Idea
For creative writers, sometimes losing an idea can be just as frustrating as losing an actual physical item. We go through [a] process that is remarkably similar to, say, losing one’s car keys…We don’t have time to deal with it now, so we put it aside in our minds… No problem, I’ll just tuck it back here…but [when the time comes] it is mysteriously gone.
