Today’s article is entitled “How to Politely Ask Your Inner Critic to Leave the Building.” He says that a friend was explaining how she blocks out everything around her and when she does that, she says it’s as though her inner critic “has left the building.” So here are Dan’s 5 steps to take to politely boot that nagging inner critic right out the door. 2. Acknowledge your inner critic’s positive intentions.
  3. Give your inner critic a personality.
  4. Thank your inner critic.
  5. Be aware of its movements.
